Our client is a physician-led practice centered around caring for injured workers and workers' safety. Who provides immediate telemedical triage, diagnosis, and guided treatment right on the job site is looking for a recruitment specialist who will help facilitate the company's hiring process. In this role, you'll support the company’s talent acquisition department with recruitment duties and ensure that all recruitment procedures run smoothly.
To be a successful recruitment specialist, you should have excellent organizational and desktop skills. Ultimately, a top-notch recruitment specialist should be able to communicate effectively with interviewees and display a calm demeanor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
- Screen and select resumes for the client's requirements
- Reaching out to target talent via social networks and other recruitment platforms
- Conduct initial screening and phone interviews
- Arrange and send interview schedules to candidates
- Endorse the finalist to the hiring manager at the end of the week
- Support the recruitment team with clerical duties
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
- Assist in researching additional posting options
Related Experience and Educational Requirements
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Marketing or equivalent
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a recruitment specialist
- Excellent English communication skills are a must
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages
- Must have experience in an end-to-end process
- Familiarity in using Office365, Zoom, and Outlook calendar preferred
- With sourcing experience using social media and other job portals preferred
- Ability to work independently
- With great attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Willing to work night shift
