The Human Resource Generalist supports HR operations in the site by implementing and facilitating Human Resource programs in the areas of attraction, retention and optimization, which means providing key services that strive for workforce efficiency and employee optimum performance.
Talent Management
- Facilitates promotion exercise for Managers and below and supports HR Business Partner by ensuring collection of nominations, evaluation, approval and communication are executed in order to promote internal development and growth.
- Monitors the progress of individual development plans and acts as a consultant to provide developmental action plans that support the team’s competency framework in order to drive self-development and growth in the organization.
Training Development
- Assists in the identification of training needs of team members and works with other managers on program development, seeks training providers for training facilitation; coordinates scheduling and logistics with participants in order to ensure training programs are implemented to increase Team Member development, efficiency, and performance.
- Monitors training compliance in order to ensure core courses are taken by employees at the right time.
Performance Management
- Oversees the Performance Management Process from communication, collection and documentation in order to capture annual individual performance of all Taguig Team Members of Pilmico. Culture and Employee Engagement
- Supports in educating team members about Partners in Leadership, Values, and People Engagement;
- Implements the identified engagement interventions in the site which includes but not limited to: (1) attention-to-attention; (2) PL conversations; (3) Team Strengthening
- Ensures implementation of team member events and activities
Talent Retention
- Implements plans on rewards management and ensures consistent implementation of approved programs
- Promotes the Aboitiz Values and drives organizational culture aligned with the corporate goals and objectives
- Monitors the implementation of all HR Programs for timely submission to Group HR if needed.
- Implements employee discipline process in compliance to the code of discipline
- Prepares relevant reports to help monitor key business performance targets with related talent implications
Talent Attraction
- Execute operational plans to support the delivery of the talent acquisition strategy
- Create and manage internal and external talent pool
- Help in planning and implementing attraction programs using various interventions
- Lead the day to day recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate journey
- Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance on the end to end talent attraction process
- Develop and manage a high touch end to end candidate experience journey
- Coach, advise and provide guidance to HR Partners and hiring managers on talent attraction best practice
- Establish and maintain the department filing system, employee personnel files, and recruitment files
- Monitor the referral program
- Assist in the process improvement, such as in updating existing recruitment policies and procedures
HR Data Analytics
- Ensure accurate and correctness of all HR Data.
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to various HR facets such as but not limited to recruitment, retention, and compliance.
