Responsibilities:
- Handle a team of project coordinators and CSR (10-15 FTE)
- Manage US-based client effectively
- Manage own line of business effectively
- Coach, train, mentor CSR direct reports
- at least 6 months experience as a BPO TEAM LEADER
- Leadership Skills - able to articulate a clear vision and goals for the team, capable of making informed decisions promptly and knows how to delegate tasks effectively based on team members' strengths.
- Communication Skills - Can convey ideas clearly and ensure understanding among team members and listens attentively to team members and values their input.
- Organizational Skills - Efficiently manages time and prioritize and sets clear, achievable goals for the team and individuals.
- Accountability - Takes ownership of both successes and failures. Communicates openly about team progress and challenges.
- Technical Proficiency - Possesses a strong understanding of the team's work domain and capable of providing guidance and solutions to overcome obstacles.
