We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as a Business Administration Back Office professional. This is a critical role that plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our client’s business.

Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be instrumental in ensuring the business functions flawlessly, handling administration, supporting multiple departments, and maintaining efficient procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree or qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ in a business administration role
  • Proficiency in office software and applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Demonstrates familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or database management systems (DBMS)
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.            
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
