As a Technical Writer, you will develop clear, concise technical documentation for software products, which may include user manuals, API documentation, integration guides, and in-product help content.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather and interpret technical information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Maintain and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and formatting.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, XML, Confluence)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM California Time)
- Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
