Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain databases for our clients in the marketing and advertising industry.
- Ensure client's databases are secure at all times
- Create and execute database backup and recovery plans
- Monitor and optimize database performance
- Troubleshoot and fix any database-related errors
- Work with clients and technical team members to ensure the database is meeting their needs
- Prepare documentation for database policies, procedures, and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Database Manager/Administrator
- Strong knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
- Excellent understanding of database architecture, security, backup, and recovery procedures
- Solid experience in database optimization, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
