The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery leads and the functions of their tribes across the end to end project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop and deploy processes covering all aspects of project management, operational support, governance and reporting I.e. operational reports, invoicing tracking, client tooling access management and post-incident review
- Support effective risk, action, issue and decision (RAID) management and document updates and outcomes
- Keep up to date reporting on resource management and financials for tribes
- Coordinate meetings, including booking, documenting minutes and ensuring follow-ups on action items to closed status
- Support preparation for releases by managing internal and external documentation, client advisories, and compiling test evidence
- Work in an agile environment with both internal teams and external stakeholder groups and adapt to meet individual client requirements
- Must be comfortable to oversee multiple concurrent projects across multiple clients running with different cadences and constraints
- Deliver internal platform configurations to support client needs
- Support onboarding of new starters & clients to companies tooling suite
- A track record in successfully supporting complex projects in PMO functions; project health, status of milestones, financial information, projects risks and progress on mitigations and operational efficiency
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools I.e Resource management, Confluence, Jira, Figma and Miro
- Experience in handling project logistics, including meeting coordination and release preparations
- Experience in an Agile environment
