Position: Administrative Assistant

Salary Range: $800 - $1000/month (depending on qualifications and experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippines Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings and events
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Perform data entry and update databases
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
