Bollore Logistics is looking for a motivated team member as Accounting Assistant to be joining our management team. Being in the position your main job is to lead, manage, monitor, evaluate, and coordinate the Quality, Health and Safety and
Environment Management System (through the establishment and implementation of specific Project QHSE Plan for respective project) within project environments so as to proactively comply with relevant local QHSE.
Legislation and Codes of Practice and also in accordance to Regional / Corporate QHSE policy & progress so as to achieve continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Work with internal and external parties (including clients and vendors) on QHSE plan and implementation effort.
- Review and distribute all QHSE Documentation
- Approve Corrective and Preventive Action Requests & Incident Reports
- Review all KPIs and regularly conduct the Management Review Meeting with relevant team at site.
- Immediately report to Management if there is noncompliance to QHSE Policies & Regulations
- Approve the Risk Assessments
- Execute the Emergency Drills and other Emergency Response Procedure
- Audit and Assess the QHSE compliance of Vendors
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s / Masters degree in business administration
- With a minimum of 5 years in a managerial QHSE-focused role, directly leading a team
- With a minimum of 3 years overall exposure and experience in the Supply Chain
- With a minimum of 5 years in a quality-focused role preferably within Freight Forwarding and Logistics
- Knowledgeable with the local occupational, safety and health, environmental, legal and regulatory requirements
- Knowledgeable on Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry
- Six Sigma qualified
- ISO 9001; 45001; 14001 Lead Auditor certified
- BOSH / IOSH / OHSAS certified
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certified
- Any other ISO related certification
- Knowledgeable in GDP and TAPA FSR
