● Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to qualify and understand the requirements of the role. (What is good to have vs must have etc)
● Strong focus on direct sourcing on LinkedIn as well as local job boards. Must be able to come up with boolean search strings and use LinkedIn Recruiter's advanced search
● Screen candidates and ask effective questions to gauge both technical skills and cultural fit
● Manage the full cycle of recruitment from role qualification, candidate sourcing, and interviewing to offer management/ negotiation and closing
