● Maintain and optimize day-to-day operational processes
● Management of inventory
● Management of databases used by the operations team and the customer service team
● Documentation and tracking of all current and past promotions
● Documentation and tracking of all procurements, disbursements, expenses for accounting purposes
● Support the Customer Service team with any relevant investigations or escalations as needed
● Support team KPIs
● Assist in the preparation of reports to internal teams as required
● Assist with any other ad-hoc operational tasks as required
