Product Engineering, Lead Specialist
Hey, are you the senior SAP street warrior that implemented complex SAP HR and Payroll solution for international clients, and solved many of your clients' challenges in a unique way? You have seen your fair share of RT tables and understand the inner workings of RPCALC like no other and are not afraid to throw some ABAP extensions in the mix be it with an extension point or some good old user exits. Are you looking for the next chapter in your career where you can put all your skills not just to one country or one client but apply it across our global multi-tenant euHReka estate serving 1M people payroll across the globe in the years to come on the latest and greatest SAP HANA infrastructure in SAP owns PCE cloud, then this challenge may be something for you.
We are looking for two senior team members to join our euHReka product team to:
- Migrate our ECC euHReka estate into S/4 HANA and help us make the right decisions so we are ready for the future.
- Some of the very practical challenges we are working through are
- moving our ad hoc query estate into SAP Query and make sure we solve for our multitenancy
- implement a modern archiving solution that is unique for our business into Azure
- implement a new lean and performant audit trail
- expand our Fiori extension with true cross client extensions in the payroll space
- ensure that our in-country ALCO teams fit into our global multi-client – multi country estate
- take in memory performance for our payrolls to the next level
- Extend the design of our euHReka multi-client payroll offering to be future proof beyond 2030 on SAP HANA
—Are you the techno functional SAP person we are looking for, with following?
- Excellent knowledge of SAP HR and its best practices
- Very experienced in ABAP
- Good working knowledge of API’s, design, develop and configure
- Good working knowledge in SAP PCC
- Being familiar with XML
- Basic knowledge of UI5 Fiori (Advance knowledge welcomed)
- Knowledge of SAP Data Archiving (Technical or functional)
- Experienced in writing/understanding/challenging Technical Designs
- Experienced in development best practises like:
- SOLID (Single Responsibility Principle, Open/Closed Principle, Liskov Substitution Principle, Interface Segregation Principle, Dependency Inversion)
- DRY (Don’t Repeat Yourself)
- Security First
- TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Having notions of transports management and / or RevTrac
- Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar (Jira,…)
- Being an excellent Team Player collaborating with BAs and QA’s
- Is pro-active and with a “how to solve” mind set
