Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective SEO strategies to improve web traffic and performance metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, etc.
- Conduct extensive keyword research, analyze the website's performance, and manage all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends and understand the significance of new and emerging techniques.
- Regularly audit websites, analyze data and identify areas of improvement to create strategies to improve rank.
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Track, report, and analyze the website’s performance continuously, and generate reports regularly.
- Proven SEO experience of at least 5 years in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns, and improving organic search results.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Preferably someone who has e-commerce experience. Nice to have if they have both WordPress + Bigcommerce experience with a track record of success.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a startup company or agency.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Experience with website optimization tools.
