Position : Virtual Assistant

Salary Range : $900 - $1,500/month
Main Responsibilities
- CEO calendar and appointment management via HoneyBook.
- Regular updates to training manuals for employees.
- Contract uploading and organization within Honeybook.
- SOP compilation and organization on dedicated software.
- Comprehensive management of our Google Drive system.
- Integration of tech platforms via Zapier.
- Spreadsheet data analysis and organization for targeted marketing efforts.
- CRM data evaluation and organization within Active Campaign.
- CEO's personal and family calendar maintenance.
- Prompt response and delegation for online leads.
- Managing rental requests via Airbnb and channel management software.
- Creation and upkeep of rental listings in adherence to our SOP.
- Consolidation of employee time reports via Toggl.
- Reconciliation of receipts linked to client purchases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years as a Virtual Assistant.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Customer Service experience.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PDF, Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and File management.
- Exceptional computer literacy and time management skills.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
