Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST
Monday to Friday 11:00 pm to 8:00 am PHT
Salary Range: 900-1,500 usd/month

About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative who has a passion for technology, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a track record of achieving KPIs and activity targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Screen inbound sales leads with data-driven insights and workflows for the internal sales team
- Leverage our revenue tech stack: Pipedrive,Reply.io, Slack, Missive, and G-Suite to track sales activities, generate reports, manage outbound email campaigns, assure CRM data hygiene, and more.
- Engage with the internal sales team to support their needs and help them track and manage data, activities, scheduling, and reporting.
- Schedule and organize bookings/appointments for the sales team
- Work closely with the sales team to move opportunities through the sales funnel and achieve set quotas.
- Track and report on sales performance data, providing insights and solutions to improve processes and strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to improve the overall efficiency of the Revenue team.
- Directing inbound sales inquiries to designated representatives.
- Reply to customer inquiries at top-of-funnel inbound sales
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Hands-on experience with our specific sales tech stack or similar tools (Pipedrive, Missive, Slack, Reply (or Outreach) is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM data management, list building, enrichment, and tracking sales data.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- High level of self-motivation and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Capable of managing multiple appointments and inbound requests promptly
