Position: Executive Assistant
Working Hours: M- F 7:30AM - 4:30PM CST | 9:30PM to 6:30AM PHT
Holidays: US Holidays
Salary: USD 800 to 1200

Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage and triage email
- Book travel & appointments
- Schedule meetings
- Maintain a CRM of close contacts and relevant updates
- Handle admin & life errands that are time sensitive
- Do data entry or research when needed
- Research vendors, gifts, or service providers
- Create copy for merch
- Help with daily personal assistant work
- Assist CEO with tasks involved in running and building a merch store
- Assist CEO with tasks involved in expanding his real estate syndication business
Skills and Requirements
- 2+ Years of experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant for a business owner who lives in the USA.
- Proficient English speaker (comfortable talking, writing, and reading)
- Strong familiarity with the mentioned tools to be utilized
- Ability to write copy for merch descriptions (a plus!)
- Must have experience in Slack, Notion, Google Suite, Hubspot, Mailchimp and Social Media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube)
- Have great organizational & copywriting skills
- Ability to communicate well (Will be doing so with service providers)
- Must have a backup internet connection and device
