-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Organizational Psychology or any related courses.
-Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Coordinator.
-Work experience related to the position in a BPO company is a plus.
-Has solid understanding of recruitment end-to-end process.
-Has experience with interviews(phone and in-person), candidate screening and evaluation.
-Has hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
-Must be knowledgeable with labor legislation.
-Must be knowledgeable in managing social media recruitment campaigns and job platforms.
-Must be updated on current recruitment trends and events.
-Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
-Must have strong decision-making and team management skills.
