Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

Working Hours: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm (PST)

Salary Range: $800-$1,000/ month

Responsibilities

● Directly report to Head of Operations

● Update sales records appropriately

● Audit sales data input by design consultants (Sales Staff)

● Ownership and management of Sales Staff reporting and accuracy

● Support Sales Staff through product backorder reporting

● Collaborate on the sales process and implement changes

● Help with the development of training programs and documentation

● Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for sales reps

● Data entry and reporting in Google Sheets and Excel

● Lead management and process adherence management

● Ensuring people are consistently following the processes to drive the business

● Support the Head of Operations in all things sales

● Ownership and management of corporate process documentation

Requirements

● 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.

● Eagerness to learn and grow

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficient in using Zoho CRM, Zapier, Google Sheets, Excel, and Chat GPT

● Ability to follow instructions, but also question if there is a better way to do things

● Ability to own tasks without being micro-managed and collaborate with other team members

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

● Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
