- The Sr. Analyst, Global HR Technology Solutions (Workday) will be a key contributor, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.
- Leverage deep expertise in Workday configuration to deliver solutions in one or more functional areas of HR, creating operational efficiency and delightful employee experiences.
- The successful candidate will serve as the client-side subject matter expert in one or more functional areas of Workday (HCM, Talent optimization, Compensation, Absence, Reporting & Analytics).
- S/he will partner with our global implementation team of both SGS and third party stakeholders to design, configure, test and deploy Workday
- As we transition to post go-live operations, accountabilities will include:
- Responsible for the functional configuration and management of Workday on one or more Workday Functional Areas as a subject matter expert.
- Delivers new requirements and continuous improvement of system configuration and user experience following an Agile Methodology. Will participate in Sprints or take the role of Scrum Master on a scheduled basis.
- Acts as an escalation point and works towards resolution of defects in configuration.
- Champions innovation and system stability during the bi-annual feature release of Workday.
- Stands as a trusted partner of HR Operations and/or Centers of Excellence by managing stakeholders and collaborating with them towards the success of projects.
