Position: Admin Assistant (Full-time)
Salary: 900-1500 USD/month (depends on skills and years of experience)
Working Hours: M-F from 9am to 5pm CST/11pm to 7am Philippine Standard Time

Our mission is to support, empower, and grow established local property management companies throughout major vacation destinations in the United States. We offer a range of services, including marketing, revenue management, and operational support, to uplift our local businesses and provide an exceptional experience for rental property owners and their guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the onboarding of new properties client finds.
- Assistance with listing descriptions.
- Upload photographs into one system and arrange them in a specific sequence, in the most appealing way to attract buyers' attention.
- Conduct research, for example, search for beach access when purchasing a property.
- Add new clients to the email list on Hubspot.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant in Vacation Rental Property Management or a similar line of business.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet. Knowledge with ChatGPT is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
