WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
- As a Senior Implementations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing an awesome onboarding experience for Boldr’s new clients, and supporting various initiatives to optimize the processes of our existing client base.
- You will act as a Project Manager and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that each client is fully set up with their staffing, documentation, and technological needs.
- Your tasks will include communicating with clients, creating and overseeing Project Plans, building and structuring documentation for knowledge bases and in making sure that the tasks are effectively handed over to the appropriate departments.
- As a Sr. Implementations Analyst, you will also be responsible for acting as a consultant for our clients’ and internal team’s business solutions needs.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Take a deep dive and perform audits on the client's systems and processes.
- Create new and modify existing process documentation for workflows within the defined scope of work.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Provide support in designing the onboarding and training approach for newly built teams.
- Lead all process and systems-related training for stakeholders.
- Perform internal and client-specific ad hoc tasks as needed Stakeholder Onboarding and Consulting.
- Take point in performing staffing, process, and systems audit, and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Lead necessary handover sessions and post-implementation reviews for a smooth transition of operations to necessary departments.
- Build templates and frameworks for executing solutions-related deliverables, and act as a consultant for process and tech optimization across Boldr’s new and existing client base Project Management.
- Take point in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of client implementations and internal projects - Kick-off new business implementations/projects, and facilitate all internal and client communications throughout your involvement.
- Create, execute, and revise Project Plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Define success and milestones for every project and implementation Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and properly escalate all challenges as needed.
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Work in Chinese time zones
- Able to translate product documentation from English into Mandarin
- Onboarding new clients in China
- Continuous support and communications for clients in WeChat group
- This is not a sales quota-carrying role
YOU HAVE...
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field you’re passionate about.
- Fluent Mandarin
- An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to clients and colleagues, both verbally and in written form.
- 4- 5 year of experience on implementations or Project managment.
- Proficiency in using cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Analytics.
- At least 3 years of experience in project-tracking and management.
- An experience or knowledge on project management tools.
- Familiarity on any Helpdesk, CRM, and/or business intelligence software.
- Moderate or high proficiency in using cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Analytics
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind.
- An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details
- Able to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strongly interested in learning new ideas, processes, and unique requirements. On top of that, you’re willing to share your skills and talents with the team.
