Position : Social Media Manager
Work Hours (Client) : 9am to 5pm; EST; Monday- Friday
Work Hours (MNL) : 10pm to 6am; MNL; Monday- Friday
Pay Range : $800-$1500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Posting: Create and publish relevant, high-quality content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Community Management: Foster and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and positive manner.
- Planning: Develop and implement a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to content distribution.
- Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future content strategies.
- Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Data Entry and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of social media activities, monitor trends, and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 2-3 years as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry and analysis.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with different teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
