LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES!!!

Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, EST/ 10:00pm - 7:00am, PHT

Salary Range : 800-1500 USD

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations 
  • Identify, bid, and oversee local vendors and contractors to perform all required maintenance and renovations 
  • Manage the budget for each property and ensure expenses are within budget
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property maintenance, repairs, and expenses 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner 
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management 
  • Create and drive a leasing strategy to attract and retain tenants at the property – as a flex property with local tenants, leasing and management go hand-in-hand 
  • Ensure a process for marketing to tenants, fielding incoming requests from prospective tenants, getting them to tour available space and ultimately following up to ensure leases and sent and executed as necessary 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate as a property manager (remote experience preferred) 
  • Some demonstrated experience leasing spaces to tenants and marketing capabilities 
  • Experience dealing with tenants, attracting prospective tenants 
  • Experience with marketing, building landing page websites, social media, and SEO to increase tenant leads and ultimately attract and lease to more tenants 
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools 
  • Familiarity with website building, social media, and creative tool
