LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible (overlap at least 4 hours between Central Time)

Salary Range: 900 - 1500 USD/month (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)

The fastest-growing hat company in the country. The company is a monthly hat club that offers its custom branded ranch style hats.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing
    • Design visually appealing and effective marketing emails using Mailchimp.
    • Develop engaging email campaigns that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and design across all email communications.
  •  Graphic Design
    • Create high-quality graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, and promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs.
    • Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative elements into all visual content.
  •  Social Media Management
    • Manage and curate content for TikTok and Instagram, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
    • Leverage Canva and other design tools to create captivating visuals for social media posts.
    • Monitor and respond to trends in the digital space, incorporating them into the brand's visual identity. 
  • Video Content Creation
    • Utilize Cap Cut to produce engaging videos based on current trends and user-generated content (UGC).
    • Balance video and graphic design tasks according to the marketing strategy and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the content team to create multimedia content that resonates with the target audience.

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and social media platforms (TikTok and Instagram particularly).
  • Video editing skills, proficiency in Cap Cut application.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and understanding of customer service best practices.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to identify and follow digital trends.
