As the Office Assistant/Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing support to our team members and assisting in basic recruiting procedures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office while also contributing to our talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist in basic recruiting procedures, including screening and shortlisting candidates
- Support the recruitment team in job advertising and posting
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Assist in other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles
- Experience or interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Highly energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or HR are a plus
