Our client provides mobile imaging services — be it in a Residential Aged Care facility or at home. They currently offer services in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and now the Western suburbs of Sydney to fast-track a convenient pathway to X-Ray and Ultrasound examinations at the bedside.
They are now looking to hire an Administrative Assistant as an addition to their growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mandatory weekend works
- Accepting request forms and performing data entry
- Facilitating bookings and assigning tasks to technicians
- Sending out reports
- Verifying booking details
- Confirming request information
- Generating invoices
- Processing receipts
- Engaging in telephone communication with customers and handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- Inputting data into various systems
- Reading and responding to emails
- Managing calendars
- Must have some medical background or any prior experience in the medical industry.
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Must have experience handling customers through phone
- High level of patience and tolerance on the phone
- Computer savvy
- Must be empathetic, enthusiastic, and reliable

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
