Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST
Monday to Friday 10pm to 7am PHT
Salary Range: 900-1,500 usd/month

About the role:
We seek a Retail Support Specialist based in the Philippines for an ongoing contract role. This position requires adherence to US business hours, facilitating effective collaboration with our US retail partners. Your responsibilities will include liaising with retailers, ensuring optimal product placement and performance, and utilizing our internal portal for communication and data management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Monitoring: Regularly contact retailers via our internal portal to ensure product availability and proper placement.
- Order Facilitation: Assist retailers in placing orders, utilizing our internal systems for efficient processing.
- Feedback Collection: Acquire insights on product performance and customer feedback for strategic analysis.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain retailer contact details and other pertinent information.
- Brand Representation: Professionally advocate for autoCPG, building strong relationships with retail partners.
- Philippines residency with excellent English communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, retail support, or similar roles.
- Proficient in digital communication and data management tools.
- Capable of working independently, with strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is advantageous.
