Working within the Account Management department of AireSpring, Account Manager Support will act as support for the Account Management Team. This team's overall mission involves maintaining the company’s existing relationship with a client or group of clients in order that they will continue using, or growing, the company for business. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the direction of assigned Account Managers and their leadership on identified client requirements so the company can best meet those requirements.
Experience
Account manager support are not necessarily required to have direct experience of working in a related role, but they will need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the job and enthusiasm for working within an Account Management organization. The experience of working in a customer-facing role will always be advantageous, as will experience working to a deadline.
