We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the US and international markets. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing international sales teams, a strong background in dealing with clients in the United States, and proficiency in utilizing HubSpot for sales and marketing activities. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong screen presence, and the ability to think strategically to drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy, primarily focusing on the international market.
- Identify key market trends, opportunities, and challenges to drive business development.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify key stakeholders and understand their needs and expectations
- Identify potential customers or leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, or inbound marketing
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Present a detailed proposal or quote outlining the sale's terms, pricing, and conditions.
- Effectively attaining sales targets to the fulfilment of organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and fostering sustained business growth.
- Maintaining continuous and open communication with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
- Effectively using HubSpot to streamline workflows and enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of HubSpot's functionalities and operations to ensure a cohesive and effective approach toward our shared objectives
- Identify potential partners and develop strategies to establish strong collaborations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company's objectives.
- Foster and maintain relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual benefits.
- Taking client calls for building good relationships and closing deals
- Use market insights to adapt and refine sales strategies for optimal performance.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and implement proactive strategies to address challenges.
- Provide regular and comprehensive reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends.
- Analyse data to make informed decisions and continuously improve sales strategies.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in international sales, with a focus on the US market.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
