Position: Business Advisor
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm CST (but any US working hours would work)
Monthly Salary: Up to 1,400 USD/mo (Depending on the interview result and client’s approval)
Holiday: US holidays off. Other benefits include a health & wellness stipend, a cell phone allowance, and a fully provided Work-From-Home setup (PC, keyboard, mouse, headset, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Be a singular point of contact for managing and developing a portfolio of sellers and coordinate with other vital roles within the company to match high-quality business owners with acquisition-fit buyers.
- Spend 50% of the time on outbound initiatives, winning deals, and managing them through closing.
- Spend the remaining 50% of time managing inbound listings and a portfolio of low-middle market deals.
- Actively attend virtual meet-ups and tradeshows to connect with a diverse network of sellers belonging to different business models, understand their businesses, win deals, and manage them through closing.
- You will be measured on a specific set of KPIs, including but not limited to:
- GMV contribution to goal (50/50 inbound vs. outbound)
- Listing to funded conversion rate
- Merchandise, manage, and advise on managed active listings
- Listing engagement with Seller
- Phone
- Text
- LI connects
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Gmail, and Zoom – normal virtual work-from-home tools.
- Ability to build personal relationships over the phone and in person
