Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to enhance brand positioning.
  • E-commerce Brand Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the brand on various e-commerce platforms.
    • Drive initiatives to optimize product listings, enhance customer experience, and maximize sales.
  • Seller Central Expertise:
    • Manage Seller Central on Amazon, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to guidelines.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance product visibility, ratings, and reviews.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into marketing, sales, and product development efforts.
    • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and industry trends.
    • Analyze competitor activities and consumer feedback to refine brand strategies.
  • Campaign Development and Execution:
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the brand budget effectively, optimizing spending for maximum impact.
    • Provide regular budget reports and insights to leadership.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in brand management within tech companies.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing the unique needs of an e-commerce brand.
  • Amazon Seller Central Proficiency: Expertise in managing Seller Central within the Amazon platform.
  • Shopify Expertise: Proven experience in building and managing brands on the Shopify platform.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
  • Results-Driven: Track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Innovative Mindset: Willingness to explore new ideas and innovative approaches to brand management.
