WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Assist in the coordination of content creation activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking production timelines.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to ensure the timely delivery of content assets.
  •  Provide support in the production of various content types, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and graphics.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing assets for content creation.
  • Conduct quality checks on content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the team to address any revisions or improvements needed in the content.
  •  Maintain and update content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing and business goals.
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate with team members to keep projects on schedule.
  •  Organize and maintain a digital library of content assets, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.
  • Assist in archiving and cataloging content for future reference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to gather input and feedback on content projects.
  • Act as a liaison between team members to facilitate effective communication.

WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU

YOU HAVE…

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in content creation, production, or a related role.
  • Experience with content management systems and production tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools, project management software, and digital asset management systems.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to enhance content quality.
