Salary: P110,000 to P130,000 (Monthly Package)
Shift: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, AU VIC TIME)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 5 years application configuration experience – ideally with Retail Industry exposure
- At least 2 years of experience in configuring Salesforce
- Salesforce Development/Administration
- Various IT systems being supported e.g. Salesforce, Sprinklr, Websites, etc.
Nice to Have:
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- IT Project experience across several technologies
- Good Communication / Negotiation / Presentation skills
What will you do?
Job Summary:
The Support Analyst position exists as part of the IT team and is responsible for the delivery of functional IT application enhancements and support. The deliverables of this role are used by team members and all internal business functions to drive sales and operate effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement IT changes in line with Officeworks strategic objectives
- Liaison with internal business customers and IT delivery teams to determine requirements, design technical solutions and implement changes.
- Lead functional designs for new and existing IT application changes
- Manage and implement small to medium IT application enhancements/projects
- Resolution of incidents and problems in line with IT SLAs
- Provide advice and guidance to less experienced team members
- Produce and maintain standards for technical designs and program specifications
- Maintain awareness of industry leading IT approaches
