In this role, you will be meeting with customers and internal clients to understand their data interchange needs, designing appropriate EDI integrations, and implementing business solutions.
To be successful as an EDI analyst/specialist, you should have in-depth knowledge of software programming languages, expert troubleshooting skills, and experience with end-user training. An expert EDI analyst/specialist should be able to design and install a scalable, user-friendly system that perfectly meets the needs of the business.
Responsibilites:
- Monitors day to day EDI transaction processing and provides support to ensure operational integrity of our EDI environment
- Onboards new and current customers wanting to transact with us using EDI technology
- Works to understand customer EDI change requests and drives to a solution
- Works with third-parties to conduct customer EDI transaction testing and certification
- Diagnoses EDI process problems of a complex nature, coordinating with other technical and/or business resources as necessary for assistance. Ensure and provide on-call application technical support for production EDI systems.
- Perform other as needed duties

- Excellent interpersonal, team, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure while maintaining keen attention to detail
