SuperStaff is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to attract clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote the company's services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and client needs to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the [industry] industry.
  • Strong understanding of Outsourcing market trends and dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience.
