Position : Sales Development Representative

Salary Range : USD 800 - USD 1,200/month (plus USD 400 - 800 potential commission)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Aggressive Lead Pursuit: Proactively and energetically pursue leads, showcasing a
relentless drive to engage potential clients and close sales.
2. Client Communication Mastery: Craft compelling and persuasive communications via
email and text messaging to capture client interest and drive sales conversations.
3. Rigorous Lead Management: Meticulously manage and track client interactions and sales
progress, maintaining a high level of organization and detail orientation.
4. Results-Focused Reporting: Consistently monitor and report on sales targets and
achievements, showcasing a clear focus on meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
5. Continuous Improvement and Hustle: Continually seek ways to optimize the sales process
and demonstrate a strong work ethic and determination in all sales activities.
Essential Qualifications:
● At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for roles where hustle and lead
pursuit (lead generation) were key to success.
● Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
● Stellar written communication skills, capable of engaging and persuading clients.
● Self-starter with the ability to adhere to a disciplined sales process.
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment.
● Prior experience in remote sales or working with international clients.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
