Position: Operations Support / VA
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4 pm EST (9 pm - 5 am PHT)
Monthly Salary: Up to 1,100 USD/mo (Depending on the interview result and client’s approval)
Holiday: Paid vacation and holidays | A company laptop is provided
About the Company:
A company specializing in IT services, IT consulting, custom software, technical consulting, and software development on the East Coast of the US.
Responsibilities
- Manage the virtual onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide support to new and existing US employees.
- Assist with compliance, insurance, and other employee benefits tasks.
- Work with friendly US and Philippines-based teams.
- Monitor and organize incoming emails.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative and HR-related functions
- Good written English and spoken English
- Comprehension of a variety of forms and other miscellaneous tasks.
- High degree of personal and professional integrity
- Communication and logical thinking are essential.
