As a Print Marketing Analyst, you will be working closely with the Print Marketing Manager in spearheading the development and execution of exciting marketing strategies. What you'll be doing:
End-to-End Process for Catalog & Direct Mail
- Determines drop dates and circulation forecast.
- Ensures team receives circulation input, prospect signoffs, and results on time.
- Schedules and leads catalog kickoff meetings to ensure accuracy of drop date/page count calendar and that vendor data is delivered on-time and accurately.
- Creates matchback schedule.
- Updates matchback calendar on Confluence.
- Creates QR code requests.
- Creates coupon codes and checks for accuracy.
- Sends info for LDC paper signoff & LOL file approval.
- Manages catalog drop date/page count calendar, including creating version codes and inkjet messages.
- Manages squinch process.
- Manages implementation of digital catalog.
- Manages seed list.
- Manages ad hoc requests such as Postal Appends project.
- Coordinates with eCommerce and Creative teams on end dates.
- Manages requestor page with eCommerce.
- Manages creative requests for direct mailers.
- Updates Outlook Integrated Calendar with drop date information & other key dates
Catalog & Direct Mail Budget & Expenses
- Creates cost forecast and ensure accuracy of expense metric.
- Manages expense metric, flags issues, and makes recommendations to pivot or preserve expense metric when applicable.
- Works with Marketing Leads on Revenue Build-Up, create vectors and projections as needed.
- Tracks invoices, provides summary of costs and COGS.
- Approves invoices and submits to Accounting.
- Sends postage estimate to Finance for payment.
Catalog & Direct Mail Operations
- Manages & executes day-to-day catalog & direct mail operations
- Leads weekly catalog meetings.
- Manages meeting agenda and follow up action items.
- Takes and distributes meeting notes to the team.
- Point person for questions and giving updates to cross-functional partners.
- Daily point person for all vendors.
Catalog & Direct Mail Data Management, Reporting, & Analysis
- Business Data
- Ensures data from the Data Insights team is delivered on time and accurately.
- Analyzes data including A/B tests, draws conclusions, and shares with the broader team.
- Builds performance reports and presents business reviews.
- Creates discount analysis for planning and analysis.
- Competitive Analysis: Summarizes Belardi trends for team meetings and as needed.
- Vendor Data
- Ensures accuracy of FTP Connection.
- Sends hotlines, requests, and suppression files to various vendors.
- Sends coupon codes to CCC.
- Sends order data to Postie and other vendors as needed.
- Sets up matchback file format and business rules.
Vendor Management & Communications
- Main point person for all vendors and other external partners.
- Set up meetings if needed.
- Manages agenda, takes, and distributes notes to team.
- Manages ROI and contract renewal.
- Manages contract approval process.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for catalog and direct mail initiatives.
- Take ownership of end-to-end processes, leading and managing catalog projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate and maintain clear communication with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams involved in print marketing efforts.
- Conduct thorough analysis of data and competitor trends, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Use tools like Excel, Google Analytics, PowerBI and other platforms to pull performance reports, complete analysis, and share findings with the marketing team.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to evaluate the success and impact of print marketing campaigns.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience in project management experience with an eCommerce brand
- Strong Excel and analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Print Marketing such as executing direct mail campaigns or managing catalog projects.
Location: The Print Marketing Analyst position is a remote working position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only.
Our must-haves:
- Must be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings depending on the status of the pandemic.
- Must have a back-up laptop or desktop for use, if primary laptop encounters issues.
- Must have a fast, reliable DSL, Fiber or Broadband connection (not mobile or broadband stick) as the primary internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 10MBPS.
- Must have a back-up internet connection of the same speed, if primary connection becomes spotty.
Status: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.
