Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time (10pm-6am MNL Time)

Salary Offer: USD 1,200/month
About the role:
We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented candidate to fulfill a role as a Customer Service Specialist. The role will have a keen focus on managing and submitting orders to our manufacturing department, as well as handling various customer service functions.
Responsibilities:
- Submitting online orders to manufacturing, organizing customer files, answering customer service questions.
- Manage the customers’ inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email or direct messages.
- Efficiently and accurately manage and submit orders to our manufacturing department.
- Act as a key point of contact for all customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services.
- Provide exceptional service to all customers.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operation across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 Years experience, preferably in a luxury or high price point business.
- Familiarity with GMail and Spreadsheets
- Available to work and focus on a full-time role
