Position: Client Relations Specialist
Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST

Salary: $900 - $1500
About the Role:
We are specifically looking for someone with a strong background in real estate and excellent folio skills. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to confidently make calls to clients and prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in utilizing AppFolio.
- Engage brokers and prospective tenants through email, calls, and diligent follow-ups.
- Proactively conduct informative leasing-focused calls with brokers and potential tenants.
- Perform administrative duties, efficiently managing calls and emails.
- Effectively manage leads generated from listing sites.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry
- Good to Excellent Communication and Written skills; Minor accent is acceptable
- Proficiency in client management systems, preferably AppFolio, or other real estate-specific platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Office 365
- Significant advantage for candidates with experience in motion.com, Loop Net, and Crexi for listing management
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive self-starter attitude
