The Processing Assistant is responsible for the data capture of invoices, validation and quality control of documents by working to agreed guidelines to ensure excellent service is delivered to our Customers.
The Processing Assistant ensures performance and quality standards are met in accordance with Departmental Key Performance Indicators
- Completing end to end workflow within Managed Service to ensure business as usual is delivered for the Department.
- Personal contribution to delivery of departmental metrics.
- Contribution to operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency & service delivery.
- Evidence of alignment with ground rules & behavioral approach to support collaborative working and high performing teams.
