Position: Administrative Assistant

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 6 PM  Canadian Eastern Time  (Quebec, Qc, Canada) (flexible/overlap) Monday - Friday 6 PM - 7 AM MNL Time 
Holidays:
US/PH Regular Holidays
Salary:
1,000- 1,500 USD

Duties / Responsibilities:

Duties/responsibilities will be added according to your skill level

  • Execute many administrative tasks from a set to-do list such as :
    • Extract reports
    • Organize and fill out reports
    • Update lists
    • Complete all tasks related to the administrative work for the department
    • Manage documents and archives 
  • Fill out ready-made documents with profiles 
  • Execute and organize reports

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a must
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must
  • Able to manage sensitive information

Favorable but not essential:

  • Having a diploma or training connected to the type of responsibilities is favorable yet not essential
  • Notions of French an important advantage but not essential, willing to give a bigger annual salary and more training
  • Good knowledge of Teams or other Office apps
  • Good knowledge of ASANA or other project management apps (Monday, Planner, etc.)
  • Experience or notions of payroll an important advantage
  • Work from Home
