Position Overview
Lead and develop marketing and sales strategies, plan/programs to ensure achievement of budget and extending the life cycle of the brands. The Product Manager should be able to utilize traditional marketing and digital platforms to initiate activations and engage stakeholders.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Principal Accountabilities:
Brand Management
- Principal management and implementation of brand plans and strategies
- Management of brand A&P
- Increase brand’s market share and sales growth
Traditional Marketing
- Marketing calendar output, promotions and animations planning
- PR, KOL engagement and seeding
- Channel operations
Digital Marketing
- Marketing calendar output, social media planning
- Digital ad planning
- Digital placements on retailer digital platforms
Training
- Collaborates and coordinates required trainings
Visual Merchandising
- Executes VM plans and updates
Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience with background in Brand Management, Sales and Marketing. Background in retail or beauty industry.
- 1-2 years managerial experience
- Excellent oral and written communications in the English language
- Solid analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills
- Knowledgeable in MS office application
- Possess winning attitude in handling internal and external customers.
