Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, this role will be involved in responding to day-to-day P&C queries, supporting processes, administration and systems to provide an amazing employee experience. You will support onboarding, learning and diversity, recruitment and contribute to a positive workplace culture that supports the overall success of our organization.
As P&C Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the technology consulting environment
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and appropriate resolutions.
- Being a culture champion and striving to foster a positive and collaborative team culture
- Support HR initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in organizing team-building events and initiatives
- Coordinate and track professional development initiatives, including technical training programs and certifications.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing departmental documentation.
- Utilize HRIS tools to maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Generate reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's HR practices remain compliant.
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
- Own company Merchandise ordering
- Own organisation of company awards (ordering and delivery) and company wide events
