Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing training policies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement.
Assists the L&D Manager in the selection and training of department trainers.
Assists and conducts Training Programs if needed.
Assist in conducting assessment/interviews for talents and other related tasks for recruitment. Interview limited up to Casual and Supervisor candidates.
Assist in L&D and T&C day-to-day activities in general.
Ensures efficient office administration procedures.
Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HRM system
Ensures training documents are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality
Maintains and updates manual and computerised filing system as required
Liaises with the local labor authority for all related matters as assigned by the Learning and development manager.
Assists in the compilation and accuracy of the departmental operations manuals, job tasks lists and task breakdowns
Assists in the preparation of the annual training plan ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the hotel and the training needs of the associates.
Assists the Learning and development manager in compiling training attendance confirmation lists for all training courses.
Assists in conducting associate survey according to HR plan.
