We’re an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back-office services on behalf of our global clients. As a Sales Team Leader, your role is vital in keeping our customers and employees happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.
As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day support and supervision to your assigned team. You will oversee and manage the distribution of work and will report the team’s performance, progress of services and possible issues or risks. Your role includes, but not limited to the following:
- Motivate staff to meet and/or exceed productivity target without affecting the high quality of delivery.
- Manage performance of all staff through weekly coaching and monthly performance review.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
- Define strategies and focus on activities that will help the sales team achieve better sales results.
- Provide timely constructive feedback to all staff regarding their performance; acknowledge strengths and identify areas of opportunities.
- Manage attrition by ensuring proper and constant guidance and development of every staff in the team.
- Maintain team’s growth and progress by consistently monitoring performance, reinforcing quality, acknowledging strengths and addressing areas of opportunities.
- Ensure individual and team's adherence to the policies and procedures of the program and of the company; sanctions are applied for non-adherence.
- Perform 50% TL tasks and 50% agent tasks. Agent tasks includes:
- Contact leads that requested a call back.
- Explain the NOKK proposition.
- Capture required details from Buyer/Renter.
- Lodge a search request through the NOKK system using the captured details.
- Create a qualified home loan lead – ensure the buyer is serious.
- Create a qualified home mover lead -= ensure the renter is serious about moving soon.
- Action leads promptly.
- Maintain a detailed outcome in MS Excel format.
- You will still perform duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time-to-time, aside from the tasks specified in the foregoing.

- Solid experience in Sales, preferably B2B.
- Experience with Australian market is a plus point.
- Good knowledge of various sales techniques.
