Job Description
The Innovation Expert designs solutions to create new and innovative features that will improve current customer experience. He aligns with the Digital Experience Team prior to turning over requirements to the Digital Program and Delivery Team for development & testing while developing communications and go-to-market (GTM) plan for the pilot. He also also findings of the Digital Experience team to enhance features before proposing a scale up.Design and model solutions for digital experience innovations in tandem with Digital Experience and Digital Experience InsightingTeams through insighting activities to help design and evaluate portfolio and create an innovation pipeline
Carry out build and testing in tandem with Digital Program and Delivery Team
See through testing process with pilot GTM activities and communications
Coordinate all cross-functional activities, represent customers internally and collaborate with team in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning.
Expected Deliverables:
- Innovation Roadmap: Develop a well-defined innovation roadmap outlining strategic goals, timelines, and key milestones for data-driven innovation initiatives.
- Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Deliver successful PoCs and prototypes that demonstrate the feasibility and value of solutions or technologies.
- Technology Evaluation Reports: Produce comprehensive reports that assess the suitability of new data technologies,
- Collaborative Projects: Foster cross-functional collaboration and partnerships that lead to innovative data projects

Hiring Requirements:
Work Experience
>3 years of Development experience
Strong programming skills. We build new systems mainly in Java, but also own systems in other languages such as Scala and Python, so you should be an expert in one of those and have some familiarity with or willingness to learn others.
Experience with modern software development techniques such as test-driven development, microservice architecture, functional programming,data streaming and continuous delivery.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related degree
