KONE Philippines is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity to join our Service Equipment Business team as a Service Engineer for our NON-KONE Equipment. You will be performing all the maintenance operations on site, according to the service contract requirements, the company policies and the KONE processes and methods.

Your key focus is to provide excellent service maintenance to our clients handling non-KONE equipment.

What will you be doing?

•Maintain excellent relationships with our customers, site contact personnel, and end-users with quality service mindset attitude
•Positively building customer satisfaction quality of service and through regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication
•Diligently updating KONE systems and tools of correct details every client visit
•Ensuring Safety in workplace and site visit at all times
•Develop and maintain excellent customer satisfaction


Are you the one?

•Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualifications, highly desirable
•Strong experience in Preventive Maintenance or Testing & Commissioning gained in Elevator and Escalator industry 
•Holds a Driver's License and drives a motorcycle / vehicle
•Can work on Mid or Night Shift work schedule
•Proven success in Root Cause Analysis is an advantage
•Strong commitment in building good relationship with clients and internal stakeholders
