Position: Customer Support Representative (Full-time)
Salary: 800-1100 USD/month (depends on skills and years of experience)
Working Hours: M-F from 4am PST or 11am PST possible start of the shift/8pm or 3am Philippine Standard Time

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist in processing membership requests, responding to live conversations and emails from clients, and fill out our Daily Scoreboard.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client email and live chat responses.
- Attend and process membership requests.
- Fill out the Daily Scoreboard and accommodate any request from our customers and potential customers.
- Membership management: help with upgrades, downgrades and other membership management-related tasks (process changes through our system).
- Filling in some data from the software to the spreadsheets.
- Previous experience in customer support or any related client-facing role is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Spreadsheet. Knowledge of MindBody is a plus.
- Positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Must be willing to learn, self-motivated, professional, and open to feedback.
