Position : Executive Assistant
Work Hours : Flexible throughout the week but always available. Total hours will average 48 hours a week, and they will need to be available on weekends; in UK timezone.
Holidays : UK Holiday
Pay Range : $ 1,500 - 2,000 per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conserves executives' time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting emails, letters, and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
- Manages complex and changing diaries, including scheduling, and negotiating appointments and meetings.
- Organizing associated and supporting documentation.
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
- Coordinates and supports effective meeting organization and management while collecting key and detailed minutes, tasks, and deliverables and distributing these accordingly.
- Prepares and oversees the delivery of Business performance reports by collecting and analysing information.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilising filing and retrieval systems; recording and distributing meeting discussions.
- Maintains and oversees filing and file systems for recording and storing information in a meticulous and detailed manner.
- Contributes to all team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Bringing
- communication and structure to the Business is essential to the role of a personal assistant.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Good to Excellent written and communication skills;
- Tools: Office 365, Sharepoint, Teams, Trello (big plus), or similar tools to Trello, and Excel.
- Capable of interfacing with numerous people at every level of the company.
- Experience with typing correspondences, including minutes, emails, letters, memos.
- Expertise in: Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Organization, and Time Management. Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, and Travel Logistics.
